Complete guidance to fill cancel udyam registration application form
APPLICANT NAME : Applicants should enter his/her name as per their aadhar card provided by UIDAI. आवेदकों को अपना नाम यूआईडीएआई द्वारा उपलब्ध कराए गए आधार कार्ड के अनुसार दर्ज करना चाहिए।
Mobile Number : Applicants should enter his/her mobile number as per the udyam certificate. आवेदक को उद्यम प्रमाण-पत्र के अनुसार अपना मोबाइल नंबर दर्ज करना चाहिए।
Enter Email Id : Applicants should enter his/her email id as per the udyam certificate. आवेदक को उद्यम प्रमाण पत्र के अनुसार अपना ईमेल आईडी दर्ज करना चाहिए।
ENTER AADHAAR NUMBER: Applicants should enter his/her valid 12-digits aadhar number provided by UIDAI. आवेदकों को यूआईडीएआई द्वारा प्रदान किया गया अपना वैध 12 अंकों का आधार नंबर दर्ज करना होगा।
ENTER UDYAM / UDYOG AADHAAR NUMBER : Applicants should enter his/her 19-digits udyam number, As mentioned on udyam certificate. आवेदक को अपना 19 अंकों का उद्यम नंबर दर्ज करना चाहिए, जैसा कि उद्यम प्रमाण पत्र पर उल्लेखित है
TYPE OF CANCELLATION : Applicant needs to choose the reason for cancellation of his/her registration with udyam. आवेदक को उद्यम के साथ अपना पंजीकरण रद्द करने का कारण चुनना होगा।
TERM & CONDITION : Applicants need to accept terms and conditions, by checking the boxes. Also, applicants need to share the OTP for further process of application. आवेदकों को बॉक्स चेक करके हमारी नियमों और शर्तों को स्वीकार करना होगा। साथ ही, आवेदकों को आवेदन की आगे की प्रक्रिया के लिए ओटीपी साझा करना होगा।
Note : Applicant has to share his rest of information and otp if we need it through Whatsapp or Email, we will contact you soon, we make sure all your information and data is safe with us. After your documents are complete we delete all your data. आवेदक को अपनी बाकी जानकारी और OTP अगर हमें चाहिए तो हमें Whatsapp या ईमेल के ज़रिए शेयर करना होगा, हम जल्द ही आपसे संपर्क करेंगे, हम सुनिश्चित करते हैं कि आपकी सारी जानकारी और डेटा हमारे पास सुरक्षित है। आपके दस्तावेज़ पूरे होने के बाद हम आपका सारा डेटा डिलीट कर देंगे ।
SUBMIT APPLICATION : After details the applicant must click on submit application button. विवरण के बाद, आवेदक को आवेदन जमा करें बटन पर क्लिक करना होगा |
