Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order. However, please note the following terms regarding cancellations:

Once you have filled the form and initiated the process for documentation, you will be required to make a payment to process your documents. After we receive your payment, we will begin the process of creating your documents. We will send the payment link via WhatsApp through our company’s registered mobile number. Once payment is confirmed, we will proceed with the document preparation.

We require your full cooperation for a smooth process. Please note that the rules for Shop Act registration vary from state to state. As such, charges may vary depending on the state and the specific documents you need. We will provide the provisional Shop Act certificate, but the final document depends on the information you have provided. Therefore, we do not offer refunds after we have shared the provisional Shop Act certificate with you.

Since rules and requirements for documents can vary, payment and processing may also differ from time to time. Refunds are entirely at the discretion of Digioindia. If you qualify for a refund, it will be processed after deducting the cancellation fee. Please note that the cancellation fee and the refund amount vary depending on the type of document and process involved.

Refund Policy

We follow a no refund policy after the commencement of the documentation process.

If a customer requests cancellation within 4 hours of making the payment or after the processing of the application has begun (whichever is earlier), our team will review the request. Based on the merits of the case, a refund may be considered. However, please note that the refund amount cannot exceed 50% of the payment made.

After 4 hours from payment or after the processing of the application has started, no refund request will be entertained. Any refund request beyond this time frame will not be considered. The refund decision, if applicable, will be final and binding on the customer, and our company holds the right to deduct applicable cancellation fees from the refund amount.

Important Notes

• If there are any deficiencies in the documentation or if OTP (One Time Password) is not provided, leading to the inability to complete the service, this will not be considered as a failure on our part. No refund will be applicable in such cases.
• If the required documentation information is not provided by the client or there is a lack of cooperation, which makes it impossible for us to proceed, no refund will be given.
• The rules and regulations for each document may change, and the process may vary over time. Therefore, charges and processing fees may differ accordingly.
